Better Weight for Me™  Payment Policy

Certain services offered to Better Weight for Me™ members are only available to paying registered members. As a paying registered member to Better Weight for Me™ services, you agree as follows:

Charges and Fees

  1. Upon purchasing Better Weight for Me™ services, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card, the fixed membership fee and charge of $9.95 a month that is presented on this website. We will automatically charge your credit card at the start of membership and monthly renewal period (day of the month you first became a registered user and agreed to payment), unless you cancel and terminate membership before the monthly renewal period begins. In the event that you cancel membership after the monthly renewal period begins, membership will continue until date of next payment. If we cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to stop, freeze, or terminate the services offered to a paying member of Better Weight for Me™, until payment is received.
  2. Additionally, aside from the charges and fees mentioned and recognized above, you are accountable for potential charges and fees associated with connecting to our website, including but not limited to all telephone access lines, internet service provider fees, telephone and computer equipment, sales taxes and any other charges and fees that may become essential and evident to successfully operate the Better Weight for Me™ Website.
  3. All fees and charges are nonrefundable.

Identification and Billing

  1. In regards to identification and billing, you agree to supply us with complete, accurate, and current information, including but not limited to, your full legal name, address, telephone number, and credit card number. By supplying us with this complete, accurate, and, current information, you have granted us permission to share your registration data with third parties for the purpose of verifying that the information that you have provide is valid and true and allowing us to follow through with billing your credit card and charging your account. You agree to consistently update and maintain your registration data to prevent third party and billing issue. On the grounds that you have provided any inaccurate or incomplete registration data or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, we reserve the right to stop, freeze, or terminate your membership, along with current and future services offered by Better Weight for Me™.
  2. By providing us with the following membership data mentioned above, you are agreeing and are completely responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your password and membership data. In the event that you suspect or are aware that an unauthorized use of your account has occurred, or any known alleged breach of your security has occurred, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information, you must notify us right away so that actions can be taken immediately and effectively. If a breach of security has been made by you, you are then completely liable for any unauthorized use of your membership to Better Weight for Me™, until you have updated your information.
